VERSAFORWARD PROFESSIONAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between you and VersaEdge Software, LLC (VersaEdge). By using this software product you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must remove the software product files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

GRANT OF LICENSE. This Agreement permits you the right to use VersaForward Professional (SOFTWARE PRODUCT) by VersaEdge in the following manner: You may install one entire copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer system for use by one or more individuals. The contents of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are licensed for use only as provided herein and any other use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is prohibited.

COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is copyrighted by VersaEdge and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not copy the contents of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any accompanying written materials for any purpose other than with normal use of the product.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS. You may not rent, lease, sell, modify, emulate, clone, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in or as part of any service which you offer.

WARRANTY. VersaEdge grants no warranties, expressed or implied, for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or written materials, or the manner in which they are used.

EVALUATION PERIOD. The evaluation period of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is valid for 7 days, with a maximum of 3 enabled accounts. In order to continue full use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT beyond the 7 day evaluation, a License/Registration Key must be purchased.

REGISTRATION VERIFICATION. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may periodically send registration information to VersaEdge for the sole purpose of verifying a valid and purchased License/Registration Key.

DISTRIBUTION. You may distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, so long as no money is charged to the person receiving the software. You may not distribute a registered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or the License/Reigstration Key.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall VersaEdge be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use this product. VersaEdge retains the right to, in its sole discretion, refund the purchase price of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT as a complete and final resolution to any dispute.
