I personally prefer and use VersaForward since it's quite robust ... the interface is very user friendly ... The main reason I use VersaForward is the fine tuning you can do...

This is one beautiful program. I tried almost everything else (Eudora, Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) to forward AOL email to my Blackberry, with the original "sent-from" address, and retaining the mail on AOL. VersaForward works; everything else I tried did not.
