These directions are very important to follow when you are using VersaForward Service or VersaForward Personal with a Blackberry.
The purpose for following these directions is to minimize the chance that your Blackberry WebClient will reach its
standard maximum capacity (usually 10 MB). If
your WebClient does reach capacity, no further messages will be accepted for relaying to your Blackberry
device. These settings help assure that both new and deleted messages are not retained too long, thereby taking up capacity.
Special Notice! You may be able to get a free increase in WebClient quota to 25, 50 or even 100 MB. You have to ask for it. But we have found that your request
most often will be willingly and courteously granted. In the future, your Blackberry service provider may charge for this extra capacity.
